Good to know
Do I need to be there while you fit my tyres?
Not necessarily. As long as we can get to the vehicle and you leave us the keys (and your locking wheel nut key, if fitted), you can carry on with your day. We'll let you know when it's done.
Where can you fit tyres?
On your driveway, outside your home, in your workplace car park, or anywhere else that's safe and legal for us to work. We just need reasonably flat, firm ground and room around the vehicle.
Can you fit tyres the same day?
Very often, yes. Same-day fitting depends on tyre stock and how busy we are, so get in touch as early as you can and we'll tell you straight away when we can get to you.
I don't know my tyre size. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Send us your registration and we'll look it up. You can also find the size on the side of the tyre. It looks like 205/55 R16 91V. A photo on WhatsApp works too.
Can every puncture be repaired?
Not always. Repairs have to meet the British Standard (BS AU 159), so damage to the sidewall or shoulder, large holes, or a tyre that's been driven on while flat usually means a replacement. We'll always tell you honestly.
What about my locking wheel nuts?
If your car has locking wheel nuts, please have the key ready for us. It's usually in the glovebox, boot or spare wheel well.
How do I pay?
You pay once the job's done. We accept card and cash.
