Who we share it with
We only share your information when we need to, with:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives quote form submissions on our behalf
- Google, which supplies the fonts used on this website. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

- our accountants, insurers or professional advisers, where needed
- the police or other authorities, if the law requires it
Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, they protect it with safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Quotes that don't go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted
- Customer and job records: 6 years from the end of the financial year the work was done in, as required for tax and accounting
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Netlify's hosting service may store a small setting in your browser, for example if you choose to hide its "Powered by Netlify" badge. These are strictly necessary for the site to work, so we don't ask for consent.
